Order Status When you order on line, our shopping cart software will process your order, print a packing slip and sales receipt. We then approve the order and print a shipping label. Because of this, we do not have an "order cut off" time. Mondays are very busy, we will ship all orders received on Mondays by 3 p.m. CST the same day. After 3 p.m. we will pull all priority orders (Next Day Air, 2-3 day air) up to 5 p.m., after all priority orders are processed we will start on ground shipments. As stated above, it is our goal to ship all orders the day of the order. UPS and FedEx pick up time is approximately 5:00 p.m. It is not uncommon for orders placed at 4:45 p.m. to be shipped. Depending on order time and pick up time, your package could have been shipped FedEx. All FedEx shipments are shipped Express, not ground. So if you order via UPS ground, it will go FedEx Express usually 2-3 day service. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH YOUR FEDEX/UPS TRACKING NUMBER WHEN WE PRINT THE LABEL. PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL ACCOUNT THAT YOU USED ON THE ORDER FOR TRACKING INFORMATION. IF YOU ORDER ON A WEEKEND, YOU WILL GET A TRACKING NUMBER DURING THE DAY ON MONDAY. |
