We sell our Global Positioning Systems at the very best possible price. You will always be able to find a lower price, but it will just be from a cheaper internet company with probably no support and possibly they have never used a GPS. (They may not know what one is.)
We are a factory authorized dealer for the products we sell. All products listed at our website are guaranteed to be BRAND NEW unless otherwise explicitly stated. You don't have to worry about warranty issues since we are factory authorized dealers for the products we sell. We ship all of our merchandise out of our Oklahoma store/warehouse. 99% of all orders are shipped on the day of the order. We are one of the largest stocking dealers of GPS equipment in the US. We make no claims that we are the biggest, greatest, or the #1 dealer on the internet, we try to think we are the best, but that is for you the consumer to decide. Our website is not the most beautiful on the internet, but we don't want it to be. We want you to be able to find what you are looking for. We don't employ useless java scripts, pop up windows, and dancing bears to distract your attention and clog up your download time. GPSDiscount.com is compliant with card association security initiatives. Final Thoughts - Online transactions are save and secure and buying online is probably the safest way to shop. We feel that any transaction processed on a secure 128 bit encrypted server is much more save and secure than any transaction taken where you give someone at a restaurant or hotel your credit card and they walk around with it for 20 minutes and make a copy of it. (And you don't think twice about it.) Most fraudulent transactions are started when a person finds a credit card information in a trash can or mailbox, they then use this information to purchase items on line and commit what the media calls "Internet Fraud". |
Shipping Policy |

Our goal is to ship all orders the day we receive the order. You can review our shipping rates at our shipping table. We don't hide your shipping cost until the final step like most companies.
When you order on line, our shopping cart software will process your order, print a packing slip, sales receipt, and your shipping label. Because of this, we do not have a "order cut off" time. Mondays are very busy, we will ship all orders received on Mondays by 3 p.m. CST the same day. After 3 p.m. we will pull all priority orders (Next Day Air, 2-3 day air) up to 5 p.m., after all priority orders are processed we will start on ground shipments. As stated above, it is our goal to ship all orders the day of the order. Package pick up time is normally 5 p.m. Central Standard time. It is not uncommon for orders placed at 4:45 to be shipped. To track your order, click here. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday with exceptions of holidays. Please view our stock status page. COD orders are on a case by case basis. At this time we require a 10% deposit plus shipping charges. Balance will be due upon arrival and must be paid via money order. The 10% deposit plus shipping charges are non-refundable. We ship using UPS Ground, 3 Day Express FedEx, 2nd Day Air FedEx, Priority Overnight FedEx. A signed FedEx Signature Release authorization form will constitute delivery of your shipment. GPS Discount, Inc. and FedEx are not liable for any loss or damage that results from leaving your shipment as requested at your residence or business. We ship to all 50 US States, Canada, Western Europe, Australia and New Zealand, all other countries are on a case by case basis. Change of Address: We ship packages to the address typed in on the order. If after the package has shipped and we have to change the shipping address, we do charge a $10 change of address fee. This is a fee charged by the shipping companies. We are just trying to cover our cost. If we have not shipped the package and you notify us of the change of address, we will change the address for free. |
International Shipping Policy |
| International shipping is $50 plus 2% of the order. This fee is based on a standard order to be shipped to a single customer for a handheld GPS unit and accessories. We do reserve the right to raise the cost of shipping for large orders that contain more than one box or for orders with excess weight. When this occurs we will use posted FedEx International shipping rates. We are not trying to make a profit on the shipping. We are very flexible on this policy. If you order 1-4 small GPS units that can be shipped in the same box, the shipping should be $50 plus 2%, if you order 5 large chartplotters, with 5 bronze transducers and a radars for each unit, ........ we will have to calculate the shipping cost. |
Return Policy |

Customer satisfaction is our number one goal.
NOTE: The 30 day rule below does not apply to Christmas orders from November 10 to December 25. All purchases during this time period can be returned up to January 15th. If a product you purchase from GPSdiscount.com becomes defective within 30 days of purchase we will exchange it for you. Simply Email us and we will issue you a defective item number for return. Please leave your invoice number and what part of the order is defective. We ask you to ship it to us via UPS insured for the purchase price and we will ship you a new product. You may return new products purchased from GPSdiscount.com within 15 days of purchase as long as the product has not been opened or used for a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee no questions asked. All refused shipments will be charged a 15% restock fee. If the item was shipped to you for free, there will be an additional $10 shipping charge added to your order. NOTE: Special orders, opened computer software, and electronic charts, memory cards and factory overhauled units are not returnable. These items are covered under a factory warranty and must be returned to the manufacturer. We can replace factory overhauled units with another one if defective with in 10 days after you have received the order. All returns must be issued a return number from our sales department. Email the sales department at: support@GPSdiscount.com to obtain a return number. If there is not a return number written on the outside of the box, the return will be refused and shipped back. All returns must be packaged separate shipping box containing the original product box with packing material to prevent damage. You must pay for the shipping of the returned merchandise, and it must be insured for the full purchase price. Upon receipt, we will examine the contents and issue you a refund. We cannot refund the original cost of shipping or the return cost of shipping. All items with a sales value under $100 must be returned to the manufacture for warranty replacement or repair. All night vision equipment can only be returned for replacement or repair. Night Vision equipment is light sensitive and if it is used in sunlight it will damage the device and must be sent to the manufacture for repair. All weekly specials and auction sales are final. |
