International OrdersOn all international orders you the customer is responsible for all duties and taxes leved on the purchase once it has left our store.We cannot and will not accept returns on international purchases. We only sell new equipment and all warranty work will be done by the manufacture. You can view our shipping table by clicking here. We ship FedEx International Air Service the fee includes your broker fees usually $20, but not duties and taxes. We no longer use the US Post Office except for large U.S. Military orders. NOTE: You will need to change the shipping method at our shipping table to International. Normal delivery time is 2-3 business days, but there can be delays in customs. We do not guarantee deliver time because of customs may hold the package for a number of reasons. We are not able to refund money spent on shipping if the package is not delivered in 2-3 days. |
