WAAS (Wide Area Augmentation System) RECEIVER A 12-channel WAAS receiver is the heart of the CP150C. WAAS,the latest receiver technology improves theaccuracy and integrity of basic GPS signal VHF DISTRESS AND POSITION REQUEST DISPLAY The CP150C introduce a new technology to GPS Chart Plotting. Using VHF Digital Selective Calling (DSC),the CP150C can decode and log either a VHF Distress Call or Position Request call when input is received from a DSC equipped radio capable of sharing the data.
